Before signing the contract, we analyse which services fit our customers’ requirement, then we specify the content and scope of services in a preliminary conversation accordingly. After the planning phase our project managers regulate the migration process in close coordination with the customer.
We support our customers on the spot. Change requests, error analysis, solving problems and answering all questions: our service department is available by telephone or in person. If required, we assist our clients beyond the project close-out making sure that their issues are addressed directly.
We always communicate in person and run practical seminars and workshops, preferably at your site. Our employees’ knowledge of the software is based on many years of experience; they pass it on in comprehensible terms.
